Wiki.gg describes a cream-colored dog with green eyes. In the game art she wears a pink dress and a pink bow. In the cartoon she wears a white dress with pink dots and a white bow. She is written there as Eliot's best friend, and the trailer arc the wiki summarizes has her go from cheerful to afraid of him.
The same page says it is heavily theorized that Ella is imaginary and stands in for Debbie. "Heavily theorized" is the wiki's own label. I am not upgrading it.
What the 2026 footage adds
The hospital-scene recording includes a CRT cartoon and a return to the facility. The earlier research attributed a ride warning to Ella, but its exact subtitle and timestamp were not corroborated by this sampled-frame recheck and are not quoted here. This footage does not settle whether Ella is imaginary within the story.
Her age and her voice actor were not on any credit I could open. The earlier wiki research recorded TBA; no performer credit has been verified here.
Questions
Is Ella real or imaginary?
The wiki calls the imaginary-friend reading a theory. The sampled hospital footage does not establish her identity or settle that interpretation.
Are Eliot and Ella a couple?
The cartoon presents them as friends. Shipping pages are not a source I am using for a plot claim.
