What is actually documented?

Published footage records a main finale followed by credits and an additional cottage-and-garden sequence, plus a separate video labelled Eliot Secret Ending (Hospital Secret Scene). Those labels identify the recordings. They do not prove that the hospital scene is a mutually exclusive second ending or establish how many endings the game has.

Steam displays the user-defined tag Multiple Endings. That community tag is not an official ending count. No reliable choice-to-ending map, completion checklist, or unlock condition was established in the sources checked for this page.

Main finale: credits are not the last recorded material

The RUSH PLAY description explicitly includes the ending, credits, and post-credits content. In the sampled late portion of its 19:21 recording, credits and an end card precede a cottage exterior and garden sequence; the recording later reaches the game menu. That supports the limited conclusion that this showcase contains material after the apparent ending.

A cottage or a return to the menu does not, on its own, establish that Tolie escaped, that the park is a dream, or that a sequel is confirmed. Those are interpretations requiring more narrative evidence. The earlier research timestamps claiming an ELIOT gravestone at 18:40 and a red device at 19:06 did not match the sampled frames and have been withdrawn.

Hospital secret scene: what distinguishes the recording

The separate 5:41 hospital video begins with facility footage before moving into bright, numbered corridors. Its sampled early frames include blood and a KILLED screen. Later samples show a CRT cartoon and then the facility again, with a blue rabbit plush held in front of the camera. This is materially different footage, but its edited sequence is not a reproducible unlock route.

The hospital label comes from the uploader. The recorded scene does not establish that an item, a death count, a no-damage run, or a particular final choice unlocks it. Blanket, flower, and hitless requirements belong to community descriptions of Eliot's Adventure, a different ARG game, and must not be imported into Giggleland.

Questions

How many endings does Giggleland have?

No exhaustive count is verified here. Two recordings document different late-game content; that does not prove exactly two mutually exclusive endings.

How do you unlock the hospital secret ending?

The linked video documents the hospital sequence, but its description and sampled frames do not establish a reproducible trigger. No item or choice requirement is claimed here.

Is there content after the credits?

Yes in the RUSH PLAY showcase: its description includes a post-credits scene, and sampled late frames show a cottage and garden sequence after the credits and end card.
