KMW, Kid's Media Workshop

The KMW site presents itself as a workshop "since 1993," with a copyright line running 1993–2024. The shows named there include Eliot and Ella, Mother Tera, Terry's Vegetable Patch, and The Captain's Sails. The research pass also found base64 tucked in the page. That site is part of the fiction the ARG uses. It is not a filing I can treat as a company registry.
Steam's developer field is Hooked. The publisher field is Gamincat, Inc. giggle.land speaks in the park's voice and, on the news page the wiki cites, denies knowing Sarah and calls leaked Eliot and Ella clips unauthorized. Josh leaving KMW is also a line from that in-universe news, not a trade-press story I verified.
Three names, three sources
| Name | Where it appears | What I will say |
|---|---|---|
| KMW | kidsmediaworkshop.com, giggle.land, the Flash page | In-universe studio |
| Hooked | Steam developer | The credited developer |
| Gamincat, Inc. | Steam publisher | The credited publisher |
Wiki.gg adds Dr. Valteri Nadear, called Mr. T, as a KMW leader and a psychologist who took Debbie away in the 1990s, and who appears as a farmer inside Eliot's Adventure. That is the wiki's ARG write-up. Simon, on the same pages, is a writer and the Flash programmer. Sarah is Debbie and Simon's daughter in that fictional write-up, born 2 May 2006 according to the infobox. I am keeping those sentences on this page so the KMW search has somewhere honest to land, and I am not acting as if I interviewed anyone.
Questions
Is KMW the developer of Giggleland?
Steam does not say that. Steam says Hooked developed it and Gamincat, Inc. published it. KMW is the name the story sites use.
What does KMW stand for?
The sites and the wiki expand it as Kid's Media Workshop.
